Production process

Our technical center consists of technical department and R&D department, with a team of experienced technical elites and professional engineers. We not only focus on basic research, but also aim at top advanced technology with great innovation and creative power.

The company has an efficient technical development team, and has accumulated and mastered a full range of experience in design, development, sample production, assembly line production, project management, and quality control standards in the production process of the complete die-casting industry. People-oriented, we strive to design and develop safe, efficient and energy-saving molds for customers, to meet the needs of customers with excellent products and excellent service. The team is responsible for the technical control of new product development, mold, fixture, inspection structure design, mold and new sample production schedule control. There are 5 project engineers, 2 product designers and 1 mold designer. Among the talents, there are graduates from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southeast University and other key universities, such as foundry, machinery and design. The university graduates account for 40% of the total number of teams, and there are also professional and technical management personnel who have been engaged in the die-casting industry for nearly 20 years. Combining practice and creating higher value for customers is our eternal pursuit.

In 2001, Dongguan Changan Xiangyu Hardware Factory was established to cooperate with Delta Electronics.
In 2006, it passed ISO/TS9001 certification and cooperated with South Korea Electronics.
